HGTD production progress:
- IHEP Batch 1 (100 wafers): IT done
- Batch 1.2 irradiated 1525 s at 66 kW --> all passed
- Batch 2 expected around 15 April at JSI
- Database upload status?

Annealing:
- 80 kmin done for all T
- TODO Sr90 with 80 kmin at 40C
- Plan: systematic 40°C study with Batch 2 samples

PQC:

SQC:
- Future plans (Matic)?
- \\F9silab05\silab - disk storage\Measurents\Projects\ATLAS-HGTD\Production\automatic_probe_station
- Irradiated to 1e14:
    - 1A, 1B1, 2B2
    - Measure V spread at 95 uA
    - Measure cold

IT:
- Batch 1.2 all passed

Timing:
- Voltage steps 400, 450, 500, 550 V, (600 V)

Flex Tails:
- ask Elgoline for quotes

Irradiations:
- Birmingham 22 MeV: start testing 
- Krakow 60 MeV: probe station done, cp = 2.7e-16; cp/cn = 2.1
- Cyric 70 MeV: upcoming in June
- UNM/FNAL 400 MeV: samples sent
- IRRAD 24 GeV: prepare larger sample set
- Leuven ion (EUROLABS until Aug2026)

Hybrid tests:
- Jitter measured with laser, sigma 19 ps
- Wire bonding becoming high priority
- REDO shot noise study
- TODO TCT interpad-gap tests

Testbeam:
- AIDAInnova TI-LGAD mar26 done

- Received 15, 20 um thick LGADs
- Todo timing unirradiated,
 
CNM overdoped LGAD:
- Back to step 1
 
CiS LGAD:
- Production ongoing
 
Summer student projects:
- DC AC TCT for defect studies (start Top-TCT IR with W317, next irradiated, next E-TCT). Try also red light
- weighting field simulation in HGTD pixel corner
- 3d in photovoltaic mode
- MP exploring open source TCAD software
