PQC:
- Continue with setup commissioning - all test structures
 

Database:
- Upload QCTS IT results to the database

IT:
- The 3+3 samples have been irradiated to 3e15 and 3.5e15
- Prepare 2+2 samples for standard irradiation
- Implement data quality monitoring procedure to spot outliers quickly
 

Timing:
- HPK50D 300 V reference has been recovered -> now mounted to CERN02 SCruz board
- Explore options to improve trigger purity
 

Long term stability:
- Will be done on UBM-ed samples
- 2+2+2 (0e14, 15e14, 25e14)
- Limits of HV ramp-up speed

Publications:
- Autorship policy for ATLAS preproduction needs to be agreed by Steering/Speakers committee
- HPK HAB ongoing. Need information from HPK about HAB meaning
- IT QC test paper: can be started

Other:
- Try Edge-TCT on QCTS: polishing, optics to be explored. The goal is to measure E-field/gain, also helpful to NIKHEF/Nijmegen HGTD performance simulation (QT Petja)
- 3D RD50 samples: mount one for AIDAInnova testbeam & measure timing first
