PQC:
- IV/CV test done with needles, results compatible with CERN up to slight offset in capacitance (5 pF)
- Sao Paulo adapter card (probe card - LEMO) is now installed
- IV/CV tests for debugging setup to be done
- Switching matrix and decoupling relays to be implemented
Database:
- We need to start using ATLAS-IDs
IT:
- Apply for IRRAD asap!
- 2nd batch of UBM-ed samples tested before irradiation (2 wafers IHEP, 2 wafers USTC, 5 samples/wafer)
- 1st batch tested after irradiation 1.5e15n
- Neutron irradiation of UBM-ed samples in next days: 1.5e15 (2 samples/wafer), 2.5e15 (2 S/W), 1.5e15-->2.5e15 (=+1e15, 2 V1R5 samples), 1.5e15-->3e15 (=+1.5e15, 2 V1R5 samples)
Timing:
- Explore options to improve trigger purity
- Cold box insulation has been refreshed
Long term stability:
- Setup almost assembled
- 1+1+2 (0e14, 15e14, 25e14) sensors available - to be bonded
- Sample bonding to be done - include leaf bonds that can be torn)
- Climate chamber is booked
Publications:
- Autorship policy for ATLAS preproduction needs to be agreed by Steering/Speakers committee
- HPK HAB ongoing. Need information from HPK about HAB meaning
- IT QC test paper: ongoing
Other:
- Try Edge-TCT on QCTS: polishing, optics to be explored. The goal is to measure E-field/gain, also helpful to NIKHEF/Nijmegen HGTD performance simulation (QT Petja)
- 3D RD50 samples: testbeam done at desy AIDAInnova - Feb Week 4. Prepare for analysis. AIDAInnova meeting on 15 March.
