PQC:
- IV/CV with probe card works well with unirradiated samples (GR floating)
- IV is ok with irradiated samples
- CV is not ok with irradiated samples
- prepare 3 irradiated samples and ship them to CERN
 

TODO: Van der Pauw measurements: need a driver for Keithley 220
Status report at HGTD sensor meeting
 

Database:
- We need to start using ATLAS-IDs
- Check how uploading one structure multiple times works
 

IT:
- Application for CERN IRRAD done (starts mid-April). Prepare 20 QCTS and one full sensor
- IRRAD: ask Federico Ravotti about the dimensions of the slide holder, beam size and slide material
- Neutron irradiated UBM-ed samples received back at JSI: 1.5e15 (2 samples/wafer), 2.5e15 (2 S/W), 1.5e15-->2.5e15 (=+1e15, 2 V1R5 samples), 1.5e15-->3e15 (=+1.5e15, 2 V1R5 samples)
- 8 samples shipped to LANSCE/FERMILAB for proton irradiation (0e14, 4e14, 8e14, 12e14 - 2 per fluence)
 

Timing:
- Explore options to improve trigger purity
- Measure irradiated samples
 

Long term stability:
- Two test boards (B1: 0e14, 15e14; B2: 25e14, 25e14)
- Running since Friday March 22 at -30 C, stability ok at vbias sub max
- Ramp up bias voltage to max operating voltage until Tuesday
 

Publications:
- Autorship policy for ATLAS preproduction needs to be agreed by Steering/Speakers committee
- HPK HAB first version completed
- IT QC test paper: ongoing
 

Other:
- Try Edge-TCT on QCTS: polishing, optics to be explored. The goal is to measure E-field/gain, also helpful to NIKHEF/Nijmegen HGTD performance simulation (QT Petja)
- 3D RD50 samples: testbeam done at desy AIDAInnova - Feb Week 4. Prepare for analysis. AIDAInnova meeting on 15 March.
