PQC:
- prepare irradiated samples and ship them to CERN (ping CERN RP)
TODO: Van der Pauw measurements: need a driver for Keithley 220 or Keithley 237
Database:
- Check how uploading one structure multiple times works
IT:
- CERN IRRAD: prepare 11 samples and few full sensors
- USTC: check gain dependence for 15e14 and 2514 samples
- 8 samples shipped to FNAL 400 MeV proton irradiation (0e14, 4e14, 8e14, 12e14 - 2 per fluence)
- prepare USTC 15e14 samples for another neutron irradiation
Timing:
- Explore options to improve trigger purity
- Measuring irradiated samples
Long term stability:
- 140 h run with IHEP done at -30 C. Excursions to -25 and -40 C. No abnormalities observed
- Tearing 5 inner bonds in each matrix causes no abnormalities
- TODO: tear outer bonds
Publications:
- Autorship policy for ATLAS preproduction needs to be agreed by Steering/Speakers committee (ask Frank, cc Irena N., to put this topic on IB agenda)
- HPK HAB first version completed
- IT QC test paper: ongoing
Other:
- Try Edge-TCT on QCTS: polishing, optics to be explored. The goal is to measure E-field/gain, also helpful to NIKHEF/Nijmegen HGTD performance simulation (QT Petja)
- 3D RD50 samples: testbeam done at desy AIDAInnova - Feb Week 4. Prepare for analysis. AIDAInnova meeting on 15 March
Summer student projects:
- SiC TCT (ask CNM for samples)
- CdZnTe TCT with 832 nm
- DC AC TCT for defect studies
- weighting field simulation in HGTD pixel corner
