PQC:
- Full PQC test of at least 1 QCTS per wafer (die #31) from IHEP1 before we irradiate it
- Upload results to HGTD database

- Test Guilherme's scripts for Sr90 upload
IT:
- HV sparking in hybrids:
- 10 hybrids tested last week by Pau Fuste Martin (4e14, 8e14, 15e14, 7x 25e14)
- 15 min at 600 V + 30 min at 650 V (8 kOhm, 1.5 mA)
- One hybrid wit burn marks on needle contacts, not functional
- One hybrid recovered
- Visual inspection (Google Drive)
- Shipping of UN2910 to IFAE/CNM not practical
- Maybe receive more hybrids for testing
- Do a long run in climate chamber
- Preproduction IRRAD Samples
- it seems we requested 4e14, 8e14 and 12e14 **p/cm2**, not neq/cm2
- tests ongoing, required results:
- IV: Determine (calculate) equivalent fluences, Graph of PIN current vs calculated equivalent fluence, example of PIN current vs Vbias, current vs Vbias in 1x1 LGAD, table of Vbd in 1x1 LGAD
- CV: Graph of Vgl vs calculated equivalent fluence, extract the c-parameter
- TCT: Standard IT tests - graphs of Vgl & Gain vs calculated equivalent fluence, upload to HGTD database
- Sr90: Charge and time resolution vs Vbias, then two summary graphs of charge + timing at operating voltage vs fluence
- Check the time reference performance (low signals MPV 200 mV observed last week)
- Production IHEP1:
- Teach Brigita how to prepare samples for irradiation (pick, pack, label)
- Check storage space for unirradiated samples (Gel paks) and irradiatied samples (bags)
- Standard TCT IT: Die #31 is the main, irradiate also #5 & #48
- TCT should start ASAP
- Report readiness status at Sensor meeting

- Voltage steps 400, 450, 500, 550 V, (600 V)
- Set up multichannel system (caen)

HGTD detector performance (my limited take):
- GK to deliver scripts to JD for implementation in Athena
Publications:
- Autorship policy for ATLAS HGTD: projects funded with CERN core money have FIRST AUTHOR + FULL HGTD author list
- HPK HAB version 4 - need to implement comments
- IT QC test paper: paper done in-house, now HGTD approving plots, after that HGTD paper approval
- HGTD testbeam paper will require Sr90 data
- received second shipments of run 16069 - CVs in progress
- 1-x (square single), 2-x (hex single), 4-x (hex 5x5), 5-x (square 5x5)

- IHEP shipment first TCT done with Chubut
- Submit DRD3 abstract for DB-TCT
- Try Edge-TCT on QCTS: polishing, optics to be explored. The goal is to measure E-field/gain, also helpful to NIKHEF/Nijmegen HGTD performance simulation (QT Petja)
- SiC TCT with RD50 CNM - Ajda Osterman
- DC AC TCT for defect studies (start Top-TCT IR with W317, next irradiated, next E-TCT). Try also red light - Marko
- weighting field simulation in HGTD pixel corner
- 3d measurements with TCT+Sr90 (use LGAD for time reference)
- 3d in photovoltaic mode
- MP exploring open source TCAD software
