- IHEP Delivery 1.1 (50 wafers): 60 kW, IT done, all passed
- 160 kmin at 40°C done for CV samples
PQC:

- Temperature study by Bor:
- QCTS with Pt100 -30 - +20 °C
- Eg = 1.19 +- 0.1 eV
- Extrapolate Pt100 values to T below -22 °C (out of range)
- apply correction for current slope (p+ generated, not multiplied)
- Try to repeat test on main sensor
IT:
- Delivery 2 all 95 tested
- B36-W7 & B36-W11 fail TCT gain Pos5 & Pos30 --> todo check with Sr90

Timing:
- Voltage steps 400, 450, 500, 550 V, (600 V)
- T history study (USTC W7-50 preprod 107 V)
- Test Q right after cooling down vs. after long thermalization --> no effect
- Test Q after long thermalization and different biasing time --> no effect
- Test SC board stability with a pulsar --> TODO
Flex Tails:

Irradiations:
- Birmingham 22 MeV: done cp = 2.9e-16
- Krakow 60 MeV: done cp = 2.3e-16
- Cyric 70 MeV: to return in Aug
- UNM/FNAL 400 MeV: awaiting return
- IRRAD 24 GeV: cp = 2.9e-16
Hybrid tests:
- Module flex connector TID radiation hardness investigated in HGTD
- Asked Elgoline for quote for 20 hybrid boards
- Irradiations of B1.2 to 4e14, 8e14, 15e14, 25e14, 30e14 (2/fluence) - samples annealing done
- Tuning & Sparking:
- Wire bonded and tested (CO2(s)) three hybrids from 2025 sparking tests:
- S35 (first column dig. failure from the start), S12, S13 (both ok)
- S12 developed two noisy pixel on the edge between cold tests 1 & 2 (probably setup/humidity intake related)
- All can be biased to 600 V without noise increase
- Minimal threshold 3.9 fC (below edges become noisy)
- TODO 3e15 hybrid newly bonded
- Jitter measured with laser, sigma 19 ps
- Jitter measured with pulsing on WB hybrids, sigma 17 ps at minimal thr
- Shot noise study - ready to start publication
- Sr90
- First tests with unirradiated hybrid done
- Trigger area larger (5x5 pixels) than geometric shadow (2x2 LGAD with 1ch bonded, rest floating) --> scattering?
- time resolution at -30°C, 100 V: 80 ps/50 ps before/after timewalk correction
- Measurement plan:
- Hybrid I-V
- Sparking test 30e14
- Sr90 efficiency measurement (coincidence REF trigger)
- study also edge pixels
- Implement PCB modification to reduce ToA diff nonlinearity
