Aleš Veršič\, Ministrstvo za zdrav je\, Direktorat za digitalizacijo v zdravstvu — strokovnjak\, ki je na M inistrstvu za digitalno preobrazbo vodil nacionalno implementacijo DGA. \ n\nMaja Škrjanc bo predstavila aktualne spremembe AI Acta\, njihov vpliv na razvoj in uporabo sistemov umetne inteligence ter pomen kakovosti\, izv ora in sledljivosti podatkov za zagotavljanje skladnosti. Posebno pozornos t bo namenila razliki\, ki v praksi najpogosteje manjka: klasično strojno učenje in generativna umetna inteligenca sprožata povsem različne obve znosti in različna tveganja. Pogledali bomo\, kje umetno inteligenco v ma lih in srednjih podjetjih dejansko že srečujemo\, kako deluje pristop AI Acta po ravneh tveganja\, kdaj podjetje nepričakovano zdrsne v kategorij o visokega tveganja ter kaj so štiri stvari\, ki jih mora imeti urejene v sako podjetje. \n\n\n  \n\n\nMag. Aleš Veršič bo DGA umestil v evrop sko podatkovno strategijo in pojasnil njegove povezave z AI Actom. Predsta vil bo ponovno uporabo zaščitenih podatkov javnega sektorja\, storitve p osredovanja podatkov\, podatkovni altruizem ter zahteve glede zaupanja\, p reglednosti in odgovornega upravljanja podatkov. \n\n\n  \n\n\nPoseben poudarek bo na slovenski implementaciji DGA\, izvedbenem zakonu ZIUEUP\, p ristojnih organih ter konkretnih obveznostih in najpogostejših pravnih di lemah podjetij. Predstavljeni bodo tudi praktični primeri ter možnosti r azvoja podatkovnih storitev in vključevanja v evropske podatkovne prostor e. \n\n \nUdeleženci bodo po dogodku bolje razumeli: \n\n\n\nkatera e vropska pravila se dotikajo njihovega podjetja in katera ne\, \n\ n\n\n\n\n\nkako se obveznosti razlikujejo pri klasičnem strojnem u čenju in pri generativni umetni inteligenci\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako r azvrstiti lastne sisteme umetne inteligence po ravneh tveganja iz  AI Acta\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkdaj je podjetje ponudnik in kdaj zgolj  uvajalec sistema umetne inteligence\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nzakaj sta kakovo st in izvor podatkov pogoj za skladnost\, ne le za dobre rezultate \, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkaj DGA prinaša glede ponovne uporabe podatkov j avnega sektorja\, posredovanja podatkov in podatkovnega altruizma\,  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkakšne obveznosti prinaša slovenski izvedbeni zakon  ZIUEUP in kdo so pristojni organi\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako se podjetje lahko vključi v evropske podatkovne prostore in razvija lastne podatkovne storitve. \n\n\n\n \n\nDogodek je namenjen direktorjem in vodjem podjet ij\, vodjem digitalizacije\, podatkovnim in AI strokovnjakom\, startupom\, raziskovalnim organizacijam\, javnim institucijam\, pravnikom ter poobla ščenim osebam za varstvo podatkov (DPO). \n\n\n \n\n\nPredznanje ni po trebno – vsebina je zasnovana razumljivo in praktično tudi za nepravnik e. \n\n\n  \n\n\nPrijavite se na izobraževanje in preverite\, kaj mora vaše podjetje urediti že danes. \n\n \n\nInstructors:\nMaja Škrjanc\ , Department of Artificial Intelligence\, Jožef Stefan Institute — rese archer and project manager with many years of experience introducing artif icial intelligence solutions into industry. She also works on the governan ce of AI systems and on the ethical and regulatory aspects of their use.\n Aleš Veršič\, MSc\, Ministry of Health\, Directorate for Digitalisation in Healthcare — an expert who led the national implementation of the DG A at the Ministry of Digital Transformation.\nMaja Škrjanc will present t he latest changes to the AI Act\, their impact on the development and use of AI systems\, and the importance of data quality\, provenance and tracea bility for ensuring compliance. She will pay particular attention to a dis tinction that is most often missing in practice: classical machine learnin g and generative artificial intelligence trigger entirely different obliga tions and entirely different risks. We will look at where AI is already be ing used in small and medium-sized enterprises\, how the AI Act's risk-bas ed approach works\, when a company unexpectedly slips into the high-risk c ategory\, and what the four things are that every company now needs to hav e in order.\nAleš Veršič\, MSc\, will place the DGA within the European data strategy and explain its links to the AI Act. He will cover the re-u se of protected public sector data\, data intermediation services\, data a ltruism\, and the requirements regarding trust\, transparency and responsi ble data governance.\nParticular emphasis will be placed on the Slovenian implementation of the DGA\, the national implementing act (ZIUEUP)\, the c ompetent authorities\, and the concrete obligations and most common legal dilemmas companies face.
