 iti v poslovanje sistematično\, merljivo in dolgoročno. Na izobraževan
 ju bomo podjetja vodili pri identificiranju primerov kdaj potrebujejo za p
 oslovanje\, razvoj\, testiranje ali skaliranje rešitev tehnologijo umetne
  inteligence in naprednejšo računsko infrastrukturo kot so HPC. Pokazali
  bomo kako se na to pripraviti in kakšne imajo podjetja priložnosti v ok
 viru projekta SLAIF.  \nDogodek je namenjen podjetjem\, startupom in raz
 vojnim ekipam\, ki želijo umetno inteligenco sistematično uvajati v posl
 ovne procese ter v razvoj AI produktov in storitev. Poseben poudarek bo na
  pripravi podjetja na AI/HPC projekt: na opredelitvi poslovnega izziva\, p
 reverjanju kakovosti podatkov\, izbiri primernega primera uporabe\, oceni 
 potrebnih virov ter načrtovanju poti od PoC do produkcijske rešitve. \n
 Udeleženci bodo po dogodku bolje razumeli: \n\n\n\nkateri poslovni pro
 blemi so primerni za uporabo AI\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkdaj AI rešitev 
 potrebuje HPC infrastrukturo\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako oceniti pripravljen
 ost podjetja na AI/HPC projekt\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako pripraviti poda
 tke\, procese in ekipo za prvi PoC\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako izbrati p
 rimer uporabe z največjim poslovnim učinkom\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako 
 oceniti potrebne tehnične\, podatkovne in organizacijske vire\, \n
 \n\n\n\n\n\nkako načrtovati prehod od PoC do produkcijske rešitve\,
  \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako povezati AI/HPC projekt s KPI-ji\, ROI in dolgoročni
 mi cilji podjetja. \n\n\n\n \nPo izobraževanju vabljeni\, da se nam pri

 l intelligence into their business in a systematic\, measurable and long-t
 erm way. In this educational event\, we will guide companies in identifyin
 g when they need AI technologies and advanced computing infrastructure\, s
 uch as HPC\, for business operations\, development\, testing or scaling of
  solutions. We will show how to prepare the company for this advancement a
 nd what opportunities are available to companies within the SLAIF project.
   \n\n\n \n\n\nThe event is intended for companies\, startups and devel
 opment teams that want to introduce artificial intelligence systematically
  into business processes and into the development of AI products and servi
 ces. Special emphasis will be placed on preparing a company for an AI/HPC 
 project: defining the business challenge\, assessing data quality\, select
 ing the right use case\, estimating the required resources\, and planning 
 the path from PoC to a production-ready solution. \n\n \nAfter the event
 \, participants will better understand: \n\n\n\nwhich business problems a
 re suitable for AI\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nwhen an AI solution requires HPC infra
 structure\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to assess a company’s readiness for an AI
 /HPC project\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to prepare data\, processes and the te
 am for the first PoC\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to select the use case with the 
 highest business impact\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to estimate the required tech
 nical\, data and organisational resources\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to plan the
  transition from PoC to a production-ready solution\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow t
 o connect an AI/HPC project with KPIs\, ROI and the company’s long-term
