 \nSLAIF Business Lab je namenjen podjetjem\, ki želijo umetno inteligenco
  iz faze eksperimentiranja prenesti v sistematično\, merljivo in dolgoro
 čno poslovno uporabo. Program bo povezal umetno inteligenco\, podatke\, v
 isoko zmogljivo računalništvo (HPC)\, organizacijske kompetence in odgov
 orno upravljanje AI ter pokazal\, kako lahko podjetja pri tej poti izkoris
 tijo infrastrukturo\, znanje in podporo Slovenske tovarne umetne inteligen
 ce (SLAIF). \n\n\n  \n\n\nProgram bo zasnovan kot vsebinski lok BUILD 
 – SCALE – GOVERN – RETHINK. \n\n\n  \n\n\nV sklopu BUILD – AI &
  HPC v praksi bomo pokazali\, kako iz poslovnega problema razviti AI proje
 kt\, kako oceniti podatkovne in računske potrebe ter kdaj je pri razvoju\
 , testiranju ali skaliranju rešitev smiselno vključiti HPC infrastruktur
 o in podporo SLAIF. \n\n\n  \n\n\nSklop SCALE – AI-Ready Leadership b
 o namenjen prehodu od posameznih pilotov do organizacijske sposobnosti: ka
 ko AI sistematično umestiti v procese in poslovanje\, kako povezovati pos
 lovno\, tehnično in infrastrukturno perspektivo ter kako razvijati kompet
 ence zaposlenih in vodij. \n\n\n  \n\n\nV sklopu GOVERN – Responsible
  AI bomo odprli vprašanja odgovornega in skladnega upravljanja umetne int
 eligence\, regulativnih zahtev\, tveganj\, odgovornosti in zaupanja. \n\n
 \n  \n\n\nZaključni sklop RETHINK bo namenjen širšemu razmisleku o te
 m\, kako AI spreminja znanje\, odločanje\, delo in vlogo človeka. \n\n\
 n  \n\n\nDogodek je namenjen vodstvom podjetij\, odločevalcem\, startup
 om\, razvojnim in produktnim ekipam ter strokovnjakom\, ki AI že uvajajo 
 ali želijo razumeti\, kako se pripraviti na naslednjo fazo njene uporabe.
  \n\n\n  \n\n\nUdeleženci bodo po dogodku bolje razumeli: \n\n\n\n\nk
 ako prepoznati poslovne probleme in primere uporabe\, primerne za AI\, \n
 \n\n\n\n\n\nkako pripraviti podatke\, procese in ekipo za AI projekt\, \n
 \n\n\n\n\n\nkdaj AI rešitev potrebuje HPC infrastrukturo in kako lahko pr
 i tem pomaga SLAIF\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako načrtovati prehod od PoC oziroma
  prototipa do produkcijske rešitve\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako iz posameznih AI
  projektov graditi širšo organizacijsko sposobnost\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkate
 re AI kompetence potrebujejo zaposleni in vodje\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako pri 
 uvajanju AI upoštevati vprašanja upravljanja\, odgovornosti\, tveganj in
  regulative\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nkako strateško presojati dolgoročni poslovn
 i učinek umetne inteligence. \n\n\n\n \nSLAIF Business Lab izobraževan
 je bo potekalo v sklopu konference IMPULZ\, 21. oktobra na Gospodarskem ra
 zstavišču. \n \n\n\nSLAIF Business Lab is designed for companies that 
 want to move artificial intelligence from experimentation towards systemat
 ic\, measurable and long-term business adoption. The programme will connec
 t artificial intelligence\, data\, high-performance computing (HPC)\, orga
 nisational capabilities and responsible AI governance\, while demonstratin
 g how companies can make use of the infrastructure\, expertise and support
  available through the Slovenian AI Factory (SLAIF). \n\n\n  \n\n\nThe 
 programme follows the thematic journey BUILD – SCALE – GOVERN – RETH
 INK. \n\n\n  \n\n\nThe BUILD – AI & HPC in Practice section will expl
 ore how to turn a business challenge into an AI project\, assess data and 
 computing requirements\, and determine when HPC infrastructure and SLAIF s
 upport become relevant for developing\, testing or scaling AI solutions. 
 \n\n\n  \n\n\nSCALE – AI-Ready Leadership will focus on the transition
  from individual pilots to organisational capability: how to systematicall
 y integrate AI into processes and business operations\, connect business\,
  technical and infrastructure perspectives\, and build the necessary skill
 s among employees and leaders. \n\n\n  \n\n\nThe GOVERN – Responsible
  AI section will address responsible and compliant AI governance\, regulat
 ory requirements\, risk management\, accountability and trust. \n\n\n  
 \n\n\nThe final RETHINK section will broaden the perspective and explore h
 ow artificial intelligence is changing knowledge\, decision-making\, work 
 and the role of people. \n\n\n  \n\n\nThe event is intended for busines
 s leaders\, decision-makers\, startups\, development and product teams\, a
 nd professionals who are already introducing AI or want to understand how 
 to prepare their organisation for the next stage of AI adoption. \n\n\n 
  \n\n\nAfter the event\, participants will better understand: \n\n\n\n\n
 how to identify business problems and use cases suitable for AI\, \n\n\n\
 n\n\n\nhow to prepare data\, processes and teams for an AI project\, \n\n
 \n\n\n\n\nwhen an AI solution requires HPC infrastructure and how SLAIF ca
 n support this\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to plan the transition from a PoC or p
 rototype to a production-ready solution\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to build broa
 der organisational capability from individual AI projects\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\
 nwhich AI competencies employees and leaders need\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to 
 address governance\, accountability\, risk and regulatory requirements whe
 n introducing AI\, \n\n\n\n\n\n\nhow to strategically assess the long-ter
 m business impact of artificial intelligence. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nSLAIF Busin
