DESCRIPTION:This workshop aims to bring together theorists working across 
 particle physics and cosmology to discuss current challenges\, recent deve
 lopments\, and promising directions in the field. Topics will span phenome
 nological studies of the Standard Model and physics beyond it\, including 
 quark and lepton flavor physics\, top and Higgs phenomenology\, lattice QC
 D\, and applications of machine learning in high-energy physics. The progr
 am will also address questions of high-energy unification\, dark matter\, 
 astroparticle physics\, and the connections between fundamental particle p
