DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Luka Leskovec (IJS)\n\nDescription: This hands-on wo
 rkshop introduces Pixi through practical exercises in setting up and shari
 ng software environments for scientific and development workflows. Partici
 pants will create a project\, manage dependencies\, work with a lockfile a
 nd define tasks. We will use these examples to discuss reproducibility and
  compare environment management with container-based workflows\, including
  when operating-system isolation is needed.\nParticipants will work throug
 h a small example project\, from initial setup to sharing its environment 
 definition. Short introductions will alternate with guided exercises and d
 iscussion. The workshop will conclude with a comparison of Pixi and contai
