Neal thinks we have the technologies to do all of the listed things. He proposed to make a portfolio of possible projects with some of them being close to completion and some more speculative. We could thus propose an integrated package of a few technologies - a sort of “virtual technology center” that includes development of a few of the listed options. Some (majority?) we should bring to the level of pre-clinical testing readiness while with some we could just check readiness of the technology. However, we should present clear connection among problems/tasks we would try to address (high energies, background …).
For the next meeting we should shape up a brief outline of the full package. Each “group” (US, Valencia, Ljubljana) should do it separately and then we discuss and combine them at the next meeting. Please post the outlines on the Indico page before the next meeting.

Andrej studied how to apply glue on top of the bonds to protect them in magnetic field for MRI compatibility testing. The glue he used (Dymax 9001-E-V3) seems to work well. He started testing another glue (Dymax 9008) today, but he thinks he liked the first one better. Report available at the Indico page
