Potential partners for Si corona proposal
  • LaFee Hospital
They are willing to join but are still considering whether to join as partners or as part of the Valencia group. The group is more focused on clinical applications than on studies on small animals but have a connection to a group that does small animal studies. They will draft their vision of their role in the next 2-3 weeks.
  • DE.TEC.TOR
Appear willing to join. They have to think on their role and go through the conditions for SMEs. They are experts in translation from prototypes into products so they are a valuable partner even if we don't reach the product stage in the scope of the project. They will give their answer within a week.
  • Malmo
Soren was not able to talk to the people from his former group (he retired) and with the clinical group yet (due to holidays) but he thinks they will be interested in the project. We will contact them with an outline of the project when ready.
  • Hevesy laboratory, Technical University of Denmark
This is a group with a long experience with development of new radionuclide labelled tracers that Soren suggested. They are also providing 18F-flutemetamol that Malmo group is using in their researc. Soren provided contact information, we will contact them with an outline of the project when ready.
  • SciVis
Neal contacted Gerlod and their question is basically what is in it for them. Plan is to send them an outline of the project when ready and ask them if they can see a role for themselves in it.
  • Sintef
Peter contacted them but did not get a good answer yet. Will let us know when he find out more.
 
The next stage is to draft a broad outline of the project ("white-paper") and send it to the potential partners. Should leave space for them to define their goals & role in the project. Dejan will prepare first draft and others will refine it.
 
H2020: Fluoroscopy project
Christoph sent a proposed budged for our WP (1.5 M€).
Carlos and Marko had a short discussion. CMM in Barcelona would apparently be interested in fabricating SDDs. Need to wait for Marko for more info.
 
We should try to arrange a meeting with Christoph in the beginning of next week. Need to catch Marko!
