Production progress:
- 50 wafers will be shipped to CERN from IME this week, expect to receive them at IJS soon after that
- Positions 5, 30 and 43 will be packed into bags and irradiated
- Positions 10 and 48 will be placed into large gel-paks
- Small gel-paks to return to CERN (IME)
- A batch of another 50 wafers arriving around the new year (to be tested by first half of Feb)

Annealing:

Wafer radiation hardness class (A, A'?, B...) to be discussed on Monday sensor meeting

Timing:
- Voltage steps 400, 450, 500, 550 V, (600 V)

Flex Tails:

Irradiations:
- Leuven ion (EUROLABS until Aug2026)
- Cyric QCTS

IME-3D:
- Source measurements with Am241 (alpha + 59.6 keV gamma)
- Understand low S/N, charge spectrum cutoff

Publications:
- IT paper revision submitted
- HPK HAB version 4 - need to implement comments

3D CNM:
- 1-x (square single), 2-x (hex single), 4-x (hex 5x5), 5-x (square 5x5)
- Need an internal database of samples and their location, fluence

AIDA TI-LGAD:
- April 2025 analysis pending

- Received 15, 20 um thick LGADs

AC-LGAD:
- IHEP shipment first TCT done with Chubut
 
Summer student projects:
- DC AC TCT for defect studies (start Top-TCT IR with W317, next irradiated, next E-TCT). Try also red light
- weighting field simulation in HGTD pixel corner
- 3d in photovoltaic mode
- MP exploring open source TCAD software
