Hitri seminar: Sodobna UI kot pomoč pri napornih pedagoških opravilih

Seminar je namenjen uvodnemu srečanju s tistimi, ki jih zanima praktična uporaba umetne inteligence pri poučevanju, preverjanju znanja in pripravi gradiv. Pokazali bomo, kaj mi že uporabljamo pri svojem delu, hkrati pa želimo slišati, katere ponavljajoče ali zamudne naloge bi želeli z UI olajšati vi. Jeseni bo sledila praktična delavnica, zasnovana tudi na podlagi teh odzivov.
Učni cilji: Udeleženci bodo spoznali, kako lahko sodobna UI podpira zamudna pedagoško-administrativna opravila, ki jih ni mogoče preprosto prenesti na administrativno osebje, ter kako takšne rešitve zasnovati nadzorovano in preverljivo.
Vsebina: Kratko predavanje bo hkrati predstavitev možnosti in zbiranje povratnih informacij pred jesensko delavnico SLAIF. Na treh primerih bomo prikazali:
- pripravo učnih prosojnic iz obstoječih gradiv z agentnim delovnim tokom;
- pripravo vprašanj za ustno preverjanje po laboratorijskih vajah, s katerimi učitelj preveri razumevanje oddane rešitve in zazna pretirano zanašanje na UI;
- delovni tok za podporo ocenjevanju skeniranih oziroma ročno pisanih izpitnih nalog. Poudarek bo na praktični pomoči učitelju, ne na njegovi zamenjavi.
Učni izidi: Udeleženci bodo znali prepoznati opravila, pri katerih je UI lahko koristna pomoč; oceniti osnovna tveganja in omejitve takšnih delovnih tokov; ter podati predloge za jesensko delavnico.
Posebej vabljeni so asistenti, mlajši visokošolski učitelji ter sodelavci javnih in zasebnih visokošolskih ustanov oziroma ponudnikov usposabljanj.

The seminar is intended as an introductory meeting with those interested in the practical use of artificial intelligence in teaching, knowledge assessment, and the preparation of learning materials. We will show what we already use in our own work, while also inviting participants to tell us which repetitive or time-consuming tasks they would like to make easier with AI. A practical workshop will follow in the autumn, designed also on the basis of this feedback.
Learning objectives: Participants will see how current AI can support time-consuming teaching-administrative tasks that cannot simply be delegated to administrative staff, and how such workflows can be designed in a controlled and verifiable way.
Content: This short lecture is both a showcase and a feedback-gathering session before the autumn SLAIF workshop. Three examples will be presented:
- generating teaching slides from existing material with an agent workflow;
- preparing oral verification questions after laboratory work, so teachers can check whether students understand their own submitted solutions and detect over-reliance on AI tools;
- a workflow supporting the grading of scanned or handwritten exam tasks. The focus is on practical support for teachers, not on replacing them.
Learning outcomes: Participants will be able to identify tasks where AI can be useful assistance; assess basic risks and limits of such workflows; and provide suggestions for the autumn workshop.
Teaching assistants, early-career university teachers, and colleagues from public or private higher-learning institutions and training providers are especially welcome.
