- Batch 2 (95/96 wafers, B23,31,33,36) 1525 s @ 63 kW --> ongoing 25/95

Annealing:
- 160 kmin at 40°C done for CV samples
- 80 kmin at 40°C done for TCT samples
- Plan: systematic 40°C study with Batch 2 samples

Timing:
- Voltage steps 400, 450, 500, 550 V, (600 V)
- Petja:
    - Calibration performed 80-90 fC/V with CNM
    - Charge dependence on T of USTC W7-50 preprod (107,117,127 V)
    - T history seems to affect Q
        - Test Q right after cooling down vs. after long thermalization
        - Test Q after long thermalization and different biasing time
        - Test SC board stability with a pulsar

Flex Tails:
- asked Elgoline for quotes

Irradiations:
- Birmingham 22 MeV: 
done cp = 
- Krakow 60 MeV:
done cp = 2.7e-16
- Cyric 70 MeV:
sent for July
- UNM/FNAL 400 MeV:

- IRRAD 24 GeV:
prepare larger sample set
- Leuven ion (EUROLABS until Aug2026) - not

Hybrid tests:
- New chamber installed
- Asked Elgoline for quote for 20 hybrid boards
- Wire bonded and tested (CO2(s)) three hybrids from 2025 sparking tests:
    - S35 (first column dig. failure from the start), S12, S13 (both ok)
    - S12 developed two noisy pixel on the edge between cold tests 1 & 2 (probably setup/humidity intake related)
    - All can be biased to 600 V without noise increase
    - Minimal threshold 3.9 fC (below edges become noisy)
- Jitter measured with laser, sigma 19 ps
- Jitter measured with pulsing on WB hybrids, sigma 17 ps at minimal thr
- Shot noise study - ready to start publication
- Irradiations of B1.2 to 4e14, 8e14, 15e14, 25e14, 30e14 (2/fluence) - samples annealing done
- Measurement plan:
    - Hybrid I-V
    - Sparking test 30e14
    - Sr90 efficiency measurement (coincidence REF trigger)

Testbeam:
- AIDAInnova TI-LGAD mar26 done

Summer student projects:
- DC AC TCT for defect studies (start Top-TCT IR with W317, next irradiated, next E-TCT). Try also red light
- weighting field simulation in HGTD pixel corner
- 3d in photovoltaic mode
- MP exploring open source TCAD software
