Industrija 5.0 predstavlja naslednji razvojni korak proizvodnje — prehod iz avtomatiziranih sistemov v inteligentne, podatkovno vodene, odporne in na človeka usmerjene proizvodne ekosisteme.
V ospredju niso več samo stroji in avtomatizacija, temveč povezovanje

digitalnih dvojčkov,

napredne analitike in

superračunalništva
v pametne sisteme, ki podjetjem pomagajo sprejemati boljše odločitve, optimizirati procese in zmanjševati tveganja.
Na delavnici bomo pokazali, kako lahko proizvodna podjetja v duhu Industrije 5.0 iz obstoječih operativnih podatkov ustvarjajo simulacije, napovedne modele in optimizacijske algoritme, ki povečujejo učinkovitost, zmanjšujejo stroške ter izboljšujejo zanesljivost proizvodnih procesov.
Predstavljeni bodo konkretni primeri napovednega vzdrževanja, optimizacije logističnih tokov, simulacij proizvodnih linij ter uporabe umetne inteligence kot orodja za zmanjševanje tveganj in dolgoročno krepitev konkurenčnosti. Cilj je da podjetja pripravijo tranzicijski načrt, za prehod v industrijo 5.0, ki bo podprta z umetno inteligenco in podatki.
Delavnica je namenjena vodjem proizvodnje, tehnološkim strokovnjakom, inženirjem, vodjem razvoja ter vsem, ki želijo razumeti, kako lahko Industrija 5.0 postane praktičen okvir za digitalno preobrazbo proizvodnih podjetij.
Po delavnici boste lažje prepoznali priložnosti za uvedbo umetne inteligence, digitalnih dvojčkov in HPC v svoje proizvodne procese ter ocenili njihov poslovni učinek na učinkovitost, odpornost in konkurenčnost podjetja.

We will show how manufacturing companies can, in the spirit of Industry 5.0, use existing operational data to create simulations, predictive models and optimisation algorithms that increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve the reliability of production processes.
The workshop will present concrete examples of predictive maintenance, optimisation of logistics flows, simulation of production lines, and the use of artificial intelligence as a tool for reducing risks and strengthening long-term competitiveness.
The goal of the workshop is to support companies in preparing a transition plan for moving towards Industry 5.0 — supported by artificial intelligence and data.
The workshop is intended for production managers, technology experts, engineers, development managers and everyone who wants to understand how Industry 5.0 can become a practical framework for the digital transformation of manufacturing companies.
After the workshop, you will be better equipped to identify opportunities for introducing artificial intelligence, digital twins and HPC into your production processes, and to assess their business impact on the efficiency, resilience and competitiveness of your company.
